Movement

Movement literally means moving your body consistently. Incorporating movement and physical activity in your life will increase your stamina, decrease fatigue, and improve your overall health and fitness level. Get moving by exploring our comprehensive and customizable movement resources to meet your needs.

Energy

We are all made of energy, a precious commodity that we need to replenish every day. It’s our fuel gauge to tell us when we need to exert more or slow down. Recharge your energy by utilizing the MELI tools, knowledge and resources to support you with your mindfulness practice. It’s time to prioritize your self care.

Lifestyle

Lifestyle is a healthy way of living. Cutting out sugars, processed foods, and food sensitivities from your daily diet, and pairing with staying hydrated and an intermittent fasting plan will greatly enhance your health and well-being. Energy

 1 – Energize yourself by making a list of things that recharge you and things that deplete you. Outline a plan to make daily changes to stay charged!
2 – Prioritize self care daily. Implement a routine and track your progress through these free resources. You deserve it!  
3 – Be still through meditation. Learn the benefits and implement a daily practice
4 – Find balance in your life through learning to be in the present moment. 

Lifestyle

1 – Just say no to sugars and processed foods. Your body will thank you.
2 – Try intermittent fasting or ways to cut calories. To learn more about the benefits, go here.
3 – Avoid trigger foods. Do a food sensitivity test or remove common triggering foods from your daily diet and see how your body will thank you.
4 – Stay hydrated. Our bodies need to flush out toxins and stay replenished. To help you stay hydrated, keep a water bottle on hand at all times.

Intention

1 – Accept that you have the power of choice for your health and well-being. For inspiration, watch this video.
